WRI x Rippleworks partnered with Merary Soto-Saunders, a Global HR leader with 18+ years of experience who has led the People function in 30+ countries. Together, they:

• Designed a Learning and Development offering that reflected the WRI’s unique characteristics and resources.

• Identified and documented WRI’s performance management system needs from the perspective of the employee, manager, and organization.

• Developed a 6-month plan to roll out a new Learning and Development offering, including induction training and new leader training.
