Over the past 23 years, I have advised and led businesses across private equity, technology, financial services, and high-growth international markets. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, talent, organizational design, and business transformation, helping companies strengthen capability, navigate change, and prepare for growth.
Prior to founding Thrive FWD, I was a Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners, where I also served as Global Head of Human Resources for Credit Partners. Over the course of my time there, I partnered with investment professionals, founders, and executive teams across more than 120 portfolio companies worldwide, helping leaders build stronger organizations through leadership, talent, organizational effectiveness, and value creation.
Earlier in my career, I built and scaled People functions across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, including serving as the first VP of People at Andela during a period of rapid international growth. Today, through Thrive FWD, I advise private equity and venture capital firms, portfolio companies, founders, and executive teams on the people and organizational challenges that matter most.
